If you are already planning group travel or would like to and are not currently working with a travel agency, then Boutique Travel Services is your perfect partner. We can help you save time, save money, and save stress while planning your next group trip. We have an exclusive custom automated group booking system that will help you greatly including a front-end group booking platform and back-end invoicing, group manifests, reconciliations and more.
There is no set time to start planning a group trip but we highly recommend at least 6 months in advance. We can often book cruises, tours, resorts, and South packages with 15 - 20 months notice.
You will meet our certified group travel specialists along with expert travel suppliers from tourism boards, cruise lines, resorts, tour operators, airlines and more in a trade-show format. Learn all about the tips and tricks of planning a success group getaway.
The doors open at 1 PM and the trade-show and break-out sessions run through to 3:30 PM. We recommend attending the whole event but you can also drop-in anytime during these hours.
